Email Signature

Web Site Promotion for the Small Business
October 17, 2007

Today’s tip is a simple, but often forgotten one.

What does this look like:

John A. Simpson
Owner, Simpson Properties, LLC
314-779-7821
www.simpsonpropertiesllc.com

It’s my email signature. Every email you send out, as a small business owner, should contain your web address. This will get your site some hits from people you correspond with on a daily basis.

In addition, change up your signature on a regular basis. People will get used to seeing the same text in the same format and it will tend to blend into the background.

Great tip!
Another tip: Create a signature that STAND OUT! add your online contact info as well, check out http://www.wisestamp.com to easily do so.
