TrackBacks Are (Still) Important

If you are serious about promoting your site (in this case, I am referring to your blog site), trackbacks are VERY important. A trackback is a process where you link to someone else's blog, then a link on their blog points to the page on your blog where you reference their blog. Clear as mud? Here is the technical specification for trackbacks. It goes into a little more detail. The main goal here is to get someone else to link to your blog. You should spend a fair amount of time creating links and trackbacks. Here is more information on using trackbacks:
