FREE. What a wonderful word. Whenever I hear the word FREE, I am there before the person closes their mouth. This tip is good for anyone in small business, whether or not you have a web site. It also marks the expanded focus of this blog, which is now web site promotion for $0 and other free stuff for small business. On to today's tip…

Vista Print has been offering the 250 free business cards for a long time. Over the years, I've taken advantage of the deal a total of 5 times now (I'm not sure if there is a limit). Get your free business cards now (just pay for shipping). As I said in my October 21, 2007 post, make sure you put your web URL on it..and don't forget the WWW (it's a cleaner look). Site addresses without it always look like they are missing something.

One caveat: Make sure you follow the directions on the order screens closely. People who have not followed the directions properly have found themselves being charged for items the did not intentional purchase.
