Using Twitter To Promote Your Blog
You can even use the social networking site called Twitter to promote your site.
Here are some of the ways you can do that:
- If your blog software is Wordpress, you can install a plugin that will automatically post an entry to your Twitter account when you submit a new post to your blog.
- Add your web address to your Twitter profile and a link to the web address will show up next to your account name on every tweet.
- If your friends have a Twitter account (and even if they don’t—they can get one), have them tweet about your site and include a link.
I’m always on Twitter and I have clicked on links from there many times.
